What is your return policy?

1. Returns: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at fyrlight@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.

4. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on items that are shipped at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you are local, please visit our shop or contact us for exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as purchased.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
